I have been using my Active for 3 weeks. The first week I did preset workouts and thought I was going to die...My thighs were so sore for the first 3 days it was crazy...but I knew I had to just stretch and work though it and it would get better...It did. My second week I started the 30 day challenge where they have preset workouts that you follow. I was doing it on the high intensity level. I was feeling pretty good that week! Then by the end of last week my knees became really sore. I knew I had to do something about it because knee pain isnt something you should work through or you could injure yourself. I was following Corey. on twitter and his blog and he had posted some custom workouts. I love the boxing and was going to follow his boxing routine, but needed to change it some because I needed less intensity on my knees. So I made 2 routines of my own. This workout is my boxing routine, which I will be doing today. I think I will get a really great workout with out hurting my knees. If you see it is about 45min workout, and will burn 275 calories...which I think will end up being 300!!!
Here is my second workout. This one I did yesterday and loved it. It is only the balance board sports exercises, with some cardio, some legs that dont really hurt my knees, and arms. It was great...I burned about 280 calories yesterday in 43 minutes! I really like the balance board sports as you are using your legs. If you are looking for some exercises for your abs I think the balance board boxing, alt. standing knee crunches, and the alt. cross knee punches are good for that area. (For this calorie count I have both routines set as difficult)
